Controversial Nigerian Actress Tonto Dike took the country by storm when she towed the path of fellow actresses like Genevieve and Omotola by venturing into the music business.
The end results of that Foray, the “hit” (LOL) tracks Hi and Jeje, as well as the proliferation of her slang “POKO” into mainstream lingo are a legacy to the adventurous and I-Don’t-Give-A-Damn-About-Haters attitude of the sultry actress.
However she really got tongues wagging when from out of the blue, D’banj, CEO of the DB Records label and the Chi Fu aka Grand Master of the Lee Temple, signed her to his label.
